Nice collection of three autographed baseballs - all obtained in person from our consignor in 1943.

Ball One: Kenesaw Mountain Landis and members of the 1943 Dodgers. Landis signed the ball on the sweetspot and inscribed to a young boy, "To Danny Tartre from his friend Kenesaw Mountain Landis." Mr. Landis passed away just a year later; signature is '6-7' and projects very well. Other signatures include Glossop, Olmo, Davis, Camilli, Allen, Head, Cooney, Walker, Herman(HOF), Macon, and three others. Ball is Official National League(Frick) and has been shellacked in good condition.

Ball Two: Charlie Grimm, '5-6' strength, signed on the sweet spot with a few other unknown signatures; Official American League(Harridge) baseballl; ball has been shellacked in good condition.

Ball Three: Official American League(Harridge) baseball signed by several, all signatures illegible; ball likely shellacked in fair condition.

This lot is guaranteed to pass PSA/DNA or JSA Authentication.
