Magnificant ball featuring eight key signatures from leading members of the baseball Hall of Fame. While the specific moment in time cannot be pinpointed as to when this sphere was signed, given the formulation of names found on the ball we can deduct its vintage thereabouts to 1939. This Official American League (Harridge) ball includes autographs of the following vested HOF members with their respective induction year: Babe Ruth ('36), Ty Cobb ('36), Walter Johnson ('36), Honus Wagner ('36), Connie Mack ('37), Tris Speaker ('37), Eddie Collins ('39) and George Sisler ('39). That's right - four out the original five inductees from 1936 are on this ball!

Collectors take note - this is the very first time you are being offered this amazing ball at auction. Our consignor received this treasured keepsake from his grandfather years ago and has just now brought it to public light. With a knack for detective perusal, one will see that very few signed baseballs of this nature have ever become available for sale. Furthermore, we found none that had this compilation of signatures on it. Simply an incredible piece of vintage memorabilia that transcends all collectors and their respective forté. This ball is one for the ages and you may never see another!

The ball displays gentle handling through the years and reflects a creamy yellowish tone. The signatures vary from '2-7' in strength with most rating toward the upper scope of that range. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication(JSA).
