Ty Cobb Autographed 1950 Callahan Card.
Signed Callahan baseball cards are extremely difficult to locate and Imperial Sports Auctions is very proud to offer this lot along with several others, all courtesy of our consignor who obtained these signatures himself in person during the 1950's. Each card measures approximately 1.75" x 2.5". With regard to the signed cards, we've decided to keep them in their natural state, however, if you wish to have any encapsulated by SGC this can be done for a very nominal fee since they are already JSA authenticated.
Ty Cobb signed this card in blue ballpoint pen, '8-9' in strength. Card is in excellent condition or better. Perhaps the most desired signed card from this series, this Cobb offering is a superior example with only a handful to ever become available via public sale.
Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
